LUMORA Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Expedited Shipping 1-3 business days $9.00+

3. Subscription Shipping (Optional)

For our subscription customers, recurring orders are automatically processed every 150 days from your initial purchase date. Subsequent shipments will follow our standard processing and shipping times outlined above. You can manage or pause your subscription at any time through your account portal.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

LUMORA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

6. International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
